Responsibilities● Lead crews on residential, commercial, and agricultural projects● Apply open/closed cell foam, rim joists, roof decks, and more● Maintain and troubleshoot rigs and equipment● Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job
Requirements● 3–5+ years spray foam experience● Strong leadership and communication skills● Mechanical knowledge of rigs, guns, and hoses● Attention to detail and commitment to quality● Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
